Be Great University 2.0 is a new professional development program that is designed to give employees more control of their own training, development, and career.

In partnership with agencies such as Midlands Tech, BGCA, and Sanford Inspire (to name a few), BGC employees are given the opportunity to take online courses to advance their career free of charge. The tracks of training allow enrollees to complete courses at their own pace over a scheduled period. Raises and promotions are awarded based upon course cluster completion.
